PRIMÁTOR is racking up awards from beer tasting competitions in the Czech Republic and abroad. In Germany, at the Frankfurt International Trophy the prize was won by Náchod brewery’s flagship, PRIMÁTOR Premium lager. An international jury of experienced amateur tasters and experts gave our quality the gold medal. The silver went to the light draught beer PRIMÁTOR Antonín. This year our beers won awards at the competition for the first time — in 65 categories. The winners in the individual categories were chosen by a jury made up of brewmasters, world-renowned experts, journalists from the specialty press, and amateurs from 40 countries.
Náchod beer even took the gold in the city of Aveiro, Portugal, where the Ibeerian Awards were held as part of the Aveiro Beer Fest. From the ranks of samples from all over the world, Náchod’s PRIMÁTOR Antonín was once again Winner of Bohemian Pilsener Style and PRIMÁTOR Weizen – was Winner of Weizen Style. Another winner was PRIMÁTOR Premium, which got a silver medal in the Czech lager category.
PRIMÁTOR Weizen got still another silver medal in the 2018 Beer of the Czech Republic competition in České Budějovice, in the weizen category. It racked up another silver at the Meininger’s International Craft Beer Award, in Germany, where only 30% of the registered beers got recognition.
